Fortune: Recruitment
a High Inquisitor of the Empire during the Galactic Civil War, Tremayne was
trained as a Jedi Knight by Master Kylanu before being seduced by the Dark Side
of the Force. At the end of the Clone Wars, Tremayne was taken as a prisoner to
Byss with other Padawans and AgriCorps workers and he was held captive under
the watchful eye of Sly Moore. Darth Vader hand pickedTremayne, who defeated
Vader by pushing a button on the Dark Lord's chest panel. Afterward, a courier
was sent to Tremayne by Palpatine, telling him he had been chosen for training
by Darth Vader to purge the galaxy of corrupt Jedi. Palpatine himself turned the
young man to the Dark Side and Vader began training Tremayne as an Inquisitor
and an extension of his will. Soon afterwards, while he was giving a recruitment
speech for COMPNOR's SAGroup, Tremayne felt the presence of Jedi Padawan
Drake Lo'gaan and began tracking the young human and his companions. He
informed Darth Vader of this development during his training session with the
other apprentices. Vader became angry and informed Tremayne that it was his
job as an Inquisitor to rid the galaxy of jedi. Tremayne succeeded in cornering
Drake Lo'gaan, Ekria and Zonder on a transport to Byss. Drake managed to
escape by smashing a window with his lightsaber. Tremayne had an illustrious
career serving Palpatine. In this position, Tremayne was answerable only to Darth
Vader and the upper eschelons of Palpatine's advisors. Tremayne had been able
to break every captive brought to him until he encountered Corwin Shelvay. After
he defeated Darrin Arkanian, Tremayne was disfigured in battle during Shelvay's
escape, losing an eye as well as his right arm. Both were replaced with cybernetic
prostheses. Afterward, Tremayne scoured the galaxy, looking for Shelvay to exact
revenge. Tremayne was given command of the Star Destroyer Interrogator.
